
PROGRAM 1

Level 2 program 1 will continue to build your exercise and gym foundation. It is designed for someone who:

Has completed all of the level 1 programs

Has been training in a gym for approximately 5 - 6 months

Has a solid foundation of how to use standard gym machines
-
Has some experience in the fundamentals of boxing
-
Has no experience using free weights (specifically barbells)
-
Wants a recap of good basic barbell exercise techniques
-
Wants to build on their fitness from level 1

It is a 5 week plan consisting of 2 - 3 workouts per week. You will learn how to:

Perform basic barbell exercises with perfect technique
-
Improve your movement patterns with barbells
-
Do pulling and pushing movements with barbells
​
If you have one to one MMA coaching sessions, we will go over the second layer of boxing training including:
​
-
Stance
-
Guard
-
Footwork
-
Punches
-
Defence
PROGRAM 2

Level 2 program 2 will continue to build on your free weight foundation. It is designed for someone who:

Has completed level 2 program 1
-
Has never used free weights before (specifically dumbbells)
-
Has a solid foundation of how to use barbells
-
Has had some fundamental Muay Thai or kickboxing training
-
Wants a recap of good basic dumbbell exercise techniques
-
Wants to further increase their stamina

It is a 5 week plan consisting of 2 - 3 workouts per week. You will learn how to:

Perform basic dumbbell exercises with perfect technique
-
Use 2 dumbbells at the same time
-
Do pulling and pushing movements with dumbbells
​
If you have one to one MMA coaching sessions, we will go over the second layer of Muay Thai training including:

Stance
-
Guard
-
Footwork
-
Punches
-
Kicks
-
Defence
PROGRAM 3

Level 2 program 3 is for someone who:

Has completed level 2 programs 1 and 2
-
Is looking at increasing muscle endurance with barbells
-
Has some fundamental Jiu Jitsu fitness training

It is a 5 week plan consisting of 2 - 3 workouts per week. You will learn how to:
​​

Increase your muscular endurance using barbells
-
Sharpen your exercise techniques and improve posture
-
Build on your aerobic fitness
​
If you have one to one MMA coaching sessions, you will be going deeper into your jiu jitsu foundation movements. This will include the second layer of:
​​

Standing body weight exercises and drills for clinching
-
Ground based body weight exercises and drills unique to grappling
-
Ground to standing body weight exercises and drills unique to grappling
-
Wrestling take downs
PROGRAM 4

The fourth and final program for level 2 is for someone who:

Has completed the first 3 training programs for level 2
-
Is looking at increasing muscle endurance with dumbbells
-
Has a foundation in boxing, Muay Thai and grappling drills
​
It is a 5 week plan consisting of 2 - 3 workouts per week. You will learn how to:

Increase your muscular endurance with dumbbells
-
Improve your technique and movement patterns with dumbbells
-
Improve your posture whilst using free weights
-
Build your stamina ready for level 3
​
If you have one to one MMA coaching sessions, you will be learning how to:
​​

Combine all of your level 2 boxing, Muay Thai and grappling skills
​
After completing both levels 1 and 2, you will have built enough aerobic fitness and skills to move on to the level 3 programs.
