COACHING SERVICES

Here is an explanation of the coaching services on offer depending on your goals:

FITNESS JOURNEY
If you are a complete beginner to gyms, or looking to take out all of the guess work with exercise and nutrition, then this is for you. The Movfit365 fitness journey is backed by science to progress you step by step, week by week, month my month to becoming your very best. You will lose weight, build muscle, increase power and improve your all round fitness. Not only will you have the perfect path to follow, you will also have a better understanding of nutrition and a healthier lifestyle. This is ideal for someone who does not want personal training sessions, but still wants all the same benefits.
PERSONAL TRAINING
My personal training sessions are one to one. You will receive the Movfit365 fitness journey app which will take you from complete beginner, to your full potential. This will compliment your sessions with me. I will coach you through my MMA fitness programs. These sessions are fun, enjoyable and varied. You will learn new skills whilst getting into the best shape of your life! No previous MMA experience needed. Small group personal training sessions are also available, if you prefer to train with friends.

MMA CONDITIONING
These are specialised programs for an MMA athlete. They are specifically designed to help either an amateur or professional fighter prepare for a contest. They consist of different training phases over a period of 8 to 16 weeks. I will work one to one with the fighter to maximise peak performance for their bout.
