Grapple fit is a class that can use different equipment or just your own bodyweight. You will learn unique exercises and movements taken from Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and freestyle wrestling. The result is a total body workout using every muscle in your body.

This class is fantastic for improving your conditioning and muscle tone, whilst learning some fundamentals of grappling. There is lots of level changing so be prepared to work hard, and burn lots of calories! 

​

To get you started, watch the video below and practice some of the fundamental movements for this class. Don't worry if you can't do them all. Just do what you can. The class will be solo training only. The partner techniques demonstrated in the video are just the practical applications of the moves.

Grapple Fit will improve your mobility, flexibility, balance, coordination, core strength and conditioning. You will also strengthen and tone a lot of muscles that you don't generally use very often.
